Monday Vinyasa with Chloe

Start your week with a dynamic and fun Vinyasa class. In this class we will explore how to link breath and movement to create a strong yet graceful yoga flow. Modifications and variations will be provided.

This class is great for all levels and includes hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation. Please bring yoga mat, blocks and bolster/pillow.

How to prepare:

-Find a quiet room in your house

-Sage or turn on diffuser 

-Grab yoga mat + blanket + bolster (or pillow) 

-Bring your favorite essential oil

-Set up your Iphone, Ipad or Laptop to view screen from your yoga mat comfortably 

-Connect phone to blue-tooth speaker (optional) 

-Download Zoom and Sign-in
