Commit to your self-care with yoga and meditation. In this class we will explore how a mindfulness practice can support mental and physical wellbeing.

This class is great for all levels and includes hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation. Please bring yoga mat, blocks and bolster/pillow.

How to prepare:

-Find a quiet room in your house 

-Sage or turn on diffuser 

-Grab yoga mat + blanket + bolster (or pillow) 

-Bring your favorite essential oil 

How to sign-in:

-Set up your Iphone, Ipad or Laptop to view screen from your yoga mat comfortably 

-Connect phone to bluetooth speaker (optional)

-Download Zoom and Sign-in
